Anti Gravity® Fitness invented by Christopher Harrison, is an Original Fitness Regime for Fitness Enthusiasts. "If you can ‘suspend’ your disbelief in our Hammocks, we can bring you better health and less pain, allow you to feel the joy of Flying". The students are suspended in special imported Hammocks called the "Harrison Hammock” and they practice several postures from Yoga, Pilates and Callisthenics as a Fitness Regime.

We practice Anti-Gravity Fitness by doing some warm-up exercises using Yoga Practices, Strength and Exercise routines in the Harrison Hammock, and Finally Relaxing in the Hammock like a Baby-in-a-Cocoon. The experience of Anti-Gravity Fitness is like "Flying in Air" and "Breaking Free"! We welcome you to experience Anti-Gravity at Sri Krishna Wellness Yoga Centre.

We follow Christopher Harrison style of Fitness Training using "Harrison Hammocks". The practice Hall and the beams have been specially designed to ensure that each practitioner not only has ample space to fly in his / her Hammock , but is also safe and secure in their Hammock. Each Hammock can hold up to 700 kgs of weight. These Hammocks have been specially imported from the USA. Harrison Philosophy is "In Life, hidden in the Forces that pull us Down, is the Energy to lift us up!" The Practice is about Lightness, Open-Up & Be-Free, To be an Inspiration for Fitness and Taking Initiative to be Fit.
