The variety of classes we offer allows you to experience an immense range of yoga practices while keeping it engaging and immersive.   3. Our daily class plans consist of the the right mix of asana practice with pranayama and meditation. Chanting is also included in your classes.
  4. Practice Yoga in nature amidst ancient trees and nature and reap all its benefits be it for maintaining your health and fitness, weight loss or for healing.

  1. Experience curated Yoga Traditions in each class
  2. Class begins with prayer or mantras
  3. Warm Ups with breathe focus asanas and stretches
  4. Main session focusses on a breathe based practice which includes special Yoga Vinyasa flows, Goal postures or practice of Surya Namaskar variations and asanas
  5. Counterposes to prevent strain or stress to the body
  6. Class ends with relaxation postures, Pranayama, Meditation & closing prayers.
