Dr. Latha Satish
Dr. Latha Satish is a long-time student of veteran yoga master Sri TKV Desikachar. Her initial training as a child was under Yogacharya Shri BKS Iyengar and she also has the distinction of studying under Sri TKV Desikachar for over 30 years and is a faithful torchbearer of his teaching tradition.
Shri. S. SRIDHARAN
S. Sridharan, 66 years old, is the senior most of the faulty of the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM). He is presently the Trustee and Yoga Therapist Consultant and Teacher at KYM. He had the rare blessings of learning under Yogacharya T Krishnamacharya and then became a student of T.K.V. Desikachar in 1980s. He is presently a Member of the Indian Yoga Association and also a member of Technical Committee for standardization of Yoga Education under Quality Council of India.
Shri V Srinivasan
V Srinivasan is the one of the senior faculty of the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM). He is presently the Executive Director, Yoga Therapist Consultant and Teacher Trainer at KYM. He had the rare blessings of learning under Yogacharya Shri T.K.V. Desikachar as a student of Teacher Training Program at KYM and learnt the nuances of Yoga in theory and practice.
Smt. Nrithya Jagannathan
Nrithya Jagannathan holds a Diploma in Yoga from KYM and has over 12 years of experience as a Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapy consultant at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram.
Mentor-ship:
There will be continuous communication and mentoring by the KYM Teachers with the students. Personal Mentoring is a very important part of the KYM Yoga TTC Program to ensure that the Yoga Teachers are properly guided in order to become thoroughly proficient in teaching Yoga in the appropriate manner, and to ensure that the tradition is maintained and also that the science behind Yoga is properly understood.
Internship:
There would be a five days internship that will be held at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram – Chennai. In this internship, students get to practice teaching along with the senior teachers of KYM – Chennai.
