KYM Yoga Teacher Training Graduation Day Celebrations – at Sri Krishna Wellness Yoga Centre

Greetings from Sri Krishna Wellness Yoga & Cultural Centre!!

Request you to please block Saturday, on May 18th, 2019 from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm to celebrate the KYM KWC Yoga Teacher Training Certification Programme – Graduation Day with us at Sri Krishna Wellness Yoga & Cultural Centre, Malleshwaram, Bangalore.

As you may know, we have the great pleasure of being associated exclusively with Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM) -Chennai, now for over two years with the core objective to bring back the tradition of Classical, Traditional and Authentic Yoga with a strong lineage and Guru-Shishya tradition to Bangalore with the internationally renowned KYM Yoga Teacher Training Programme. This was the first time in the 40 year history of KYM – Chennai, that they have conducted this Programme outside of Chennai and in Bangalore, exclusively at our Centre.

We only take 20 students for this 11 month course every year as it is intense and one of the best courses in the world. Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM) – Chennai was set up 40 years ago by Shri TKV Desikachar, son of the late Shri T Krishnamacharya.

This is the second batch of students, who have successfully completed the programme at the centre.

As you may know, Late Shri T Krishnamacharya was the teacher to several yoga masters, some of them being Shri BK S Iyengar, Shri Pattabhi Jois and Madame Indra Devi and Shri TKV Desikachar.

HIS HOLINESS SRI SRI YATHIRAJA JEEYAR SWAMI, SRI YATHIRAJA MUTT, MELKOTE will be gracing us with his presence on that day and will be distributing the certificates to the students.

H H Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar with his wife, H H Trishikha Kumari Wadiyar, will be the Guests of Honour for the evening.

Shri Dr. C. N. Ashwathnarayan – MLA, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru, has kindly consented to be Chief Guest for the evening.

Carnatic Vocal Music Concert is by Kum. Bhargavi Venkatram – renowned vocalist, and daughter of senior Violinist Shri H K Venkatram , and Smt Triveni Saralaya Venkatram of the Saralaya Sisters Fame.
