Our Weekend Yoga for Fitness & Health class is a blend of traditional yoga, pranayama, and meditation designed to promote holistic well-being and rejuvenation. Held every weekend from 7 to 8 AM, the class is set amidst the tranquil beauty of ancient trees and nature at our center. This combination of practices creates an immersive experience that will boost your fitness and prepare you for the upcoming week.

What to Expect in every class:

  1. Asana Practices: Flow through a variety of asanas to improve core strength and flexibility with breath, mind and movement coordination.

For us to find that ultimate silence, our practice is focussed on our breathe to become light and subtle with a gentle extension of our breathe. And this has to be done based on our individual breathing capacities. Our expert teachers guide our students from simple to advanced breathing techniques, through stages, and taken them on a graded journey through various ways to synchronize body, breath & mind for the ideal experience.

  1. Curated Yoga Traditions: Each class includes a blend of yoga traditions and styles for a diverse and engaging experience.
  2. Class Structure: Classes begin with prayer or mantras and warm-ups featuring breath-focused asanas and stretches.
  3. Main Session: The main session focuses on breath-based practices, such as special yoga vinyasa flows, goal postures, and variations of Surya Namaskar and asanas.
  4. Counterposes: Counterposes are included to prevent strain and stress on the body.
  5. Relaxation and Meditation: Classes end with relaxation postures, pranayama, meditation, and closing prayers.
